Viggle V3 Quietly Shines
While Sora steals the spotlight (at least for the world outside of Europe), Viggle V3 quietly proved itself as a game-changer in AI animation.
Viggle is an often overlooked Generative AI app that once went viral for showcasing the Joker going on stage in place of Lil Yachty on one of his many infamous walkouts.
This tool utilises driving videos and static images to be able to replace a character in a scene with a newly uploaded one and it’s actually surprisingly useful for control!
Ironically the issue with it was always the “wiggle” which is the new character having fuzziness around its edges making it obvious that this technology was used to swap them out, however in V3 this has improved a LOT!
So much so, you could (almost) replace Elon dancing on stage with an Optimus Tesla Bot, and it looks surprisingly realistic. While not perfect yet, this marks a significant leap forward, showcasing the growing potential of this technology with every update!
Why this matters for marketers:
This initiative demonstrates how AI can transform fan engagement into a powerful co-creation opportunity. By merging personalisation with cultural impact, PUMA and Manchester City highlight how brands can foster deeper connections and drive user-generated content. Marketers can draw inspiration from this approach to create inclusive campaigns that amplify brand loyalty and reach.
